Payment Policy:

The package is non-refundable and non-changeable.

Day 01 (28 MAR): Dhaka – Madinah

Departure from Dhaka to Jeddah. Transfer from Jeddah Airport to Madinah Hotel. Check-in at the hotel and focus on your regular prayers and ibadah.

Day 02 (29 MAR): Madinah Ziyarah

• Masjid-e-Quba - the first mosque built by Muslims

• Masjid-e-Qiblateen - where Muhammad (PBUH) received the command to change the Qiblah

• Masjid-e-Juma - where Muhammad (PBUH) offered the first Juma prayer

• Grave of Hamza (RA) and Martyrs of Uhud - Martyrs Cemetery featuring the graves of 70 companions, including Hamzah bin Abdul Muttalib, who were martyred in the Battle of Uhud

• Site of the Battle of Trench (Khandaq) - where trenches were dug under the order of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) for the defense against enemy armies After the ziyarah, focus on your regular prayers and ibadah.

• Mount Arafat (Jabal-Ar-Rahmah) - where Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) delivered the Last Sermon

• Muzdalifa - a significant location during Hajj

• Jannatul Mualla - where many of the Prophet's (PBUH) ancestors are buried

• The package itinerary is subject to change, and any changes will be communicated to travelers before travel.

• All services are subject to availability at the time of booking, and the package cost may change based on room/hotel availability.

• The package prices are based on the current conversion rates of Riyal or USD to BDT. If the conversion rate changes during the final booking confirmation, the package price will also change.

• If breakfast is not included in the package, and if the hotel mandates breakfast during the booking or for any similar hotels, the breakfast charge will be added to the package price.

• No refunds will be provided for unused services or a lesser duration of stay.

VEHICLE STATUS:

• Transportation for Jeddah/Makkah/Madinah and Ziyarah will be provided by bus or van. Each person is allowed a maximum of 2 pieces of luggage. Private transportation or private Ziyarah vehicles will be based on the number of guests.

• Waiting period for private transportations is 60 minutes at Haj Terminal and 15 minutes at the hotel.

• All guests must adhere to the time mentioned in the voucher. The vehicle will not wait for anyone.

• naria travels.com is not responsible for delays due to traffic jams, prayer periods, or roadblocks.

HOTEL POLICIES:

• The standard "Check-In" time is 04:00 PM and the "Check-Out" time is 12:00 PM as per Saudi Arabian hotel policy. naria travels.com is not responsible for early check-in and late check-out.

• Only the hotel authorities have the right to provide available rooms as per the booking. If guests have any special requests regarding room preferences, they must communicate with the hotel reception. However, naria travels.com is not responsible if the hotel refuses to accommodate the request.

• The star ratings of hotels mentioned in the packages are mostly local star ratings, not international ones, as most hotels in Makkah, Madinah, or Jeddah do not maintain an official star rating system. If the hotel rating is a concern, it should be discussed with the naria travels salesperson before booking the package.

• In most 3-star hotels, there may be no WiFi in the rooms, or the WiFi may not work. WiFi is usually available only in the hotel lobby. Room service may not be available in these hotels, but guests can request it from the hotel reception if needed. The room types (single, twin) may not necessarily correspond to the number of beds in the room. Drinking water is usually not provided in the rooms, and guests will need to purchase their own.

PASSPORT POLICIES:

• Guests should not hand over their passports to the driver or local agent unless specifically required by legal authorities. If for any reason guests give their passports to anyone, it is their responsibility to inform naria travels.com on the same day.
